3rd disturbance of November  taking shape near Lankan coast adjoining sw bay of Bengal.. going by the models consensus,  it is expected to move parallel till central adj north central tn coast as a “low “at slow pace so Models continues to show very heavy rains for coastal tn including Chennai as aforementioned.. intensity of the system remains a question as it is likely to move along the coast with land interaction and also not with very favorable conditions around.
