  2. @ selcyclone: Can’t you write in proper English. Your posting type is irritating. This blog is not a telegraph or a sms sending site! Only your post is like this, rest of us are posting properly.

  3. Kea,

Interestingly weather.co.uk and accuweather are predicting daily rains for their respective 10 day and 14 day forecast periods.

  4. @kea not able understanding why no rains in nungambakkam while southern suburbs are having daily rains. Clouds seem to be so close to nungambakkam but rains seems to be staying away.

  5. Nrl Mry rainrate has observed heavy rains over Kollegal, Sathyamangalam belt and over Coorg last night.

So expect good inflows in Kavery and Bhavani.

  6. No point in expecting any more rains for Chennai. Jal has done the mischief and played spoilsport this time.

Bright and sunny days ahead! No wonder if the summer starts in early 2011.

  7. A depression to form just below SL, will give good rains to entire TN coast from 25th or 26th as it skirts along the coast and crosses Andhra as a cyclone(probably Thane)

A good December ahead. Easterly wave around 7th December will bring much needed rains. Until 22nd good rains can be expected.

  8. Kerala = ๐Ÿ˜

    Kottayam 10cm !! Kochi,Kannur,Thrissur 3cm!!

ALso south interior Karnataka doing well again:

    Mysore 5cm,chickmagal 3cm

    Bangalore rocking at 26/19

  9. Very good rain for about 30 mins at Sholinganallur. But I heard there was not a drop of rain at Adyar. I think Chennai has come into a rain shadow region. All around Chennai we are getting good rains

  11. According to COLA, there will be more rains in interior TN,AP than the coast. Next week rains should return to the coast.

  12. โ™ฆ Under the influence of the upper air cyclonic circulation over south Andaman Sea which is moving westnorthwestwards
, a low pressure area is likely to form over central parts of south Bay of Bengal and
    neighbourhood.
