  2. oh.. I am in my office near Marathahalli.. I heard from my friends it rained in Domlur too… how abt u? any news? it was nice to see rains in bangalore at 1 PM n all

  3. oh.. i was taking a walk arnd my office at 1.. it was just cloudy.. no rains.. no idea elsewhere..

    yest eve it had rained quite well here but not much rains near domlur and wind tunnel road (whr my house is).. luks lik opposite 2day ๐Ÿ˜€

After almost month of bangalore’s famed windy season.. rains today marking the end of the windy season and return of the monsoon… A cloudburst at 1:30PM brought close to 30mm of rainfall in 10 mins over most parts of north, East & Central Bangalore.. Monsoon rains have started now about a half an hour back as it continues to pour over most of bangalore except way NW.. and complete south bangalore.. rain rate right now could be close to 50mm/hr

  6. just light drizzles here in old madras road (rmz infinity near kr puram).. but cud see the boundary of somewat heavy rain from 6th floor here ๐Ÿ˜€ unfortunately it dissipated bfore reaching here ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

  7. hi kea very fine day for vijayawada i have nt seen even a ray of sun today and its raining nonstop from yesterday evening to till now its heavily raining and temperature very lo just around 22 degrees very windy,too much rain and wht abt chennai?

  8. the storm is moving fast towards chennai. It should at least drizzle by 6. Not sure if Nungumbakkam can expect any moderate rains.
    Its more towards the south

  11. i have to take photo and prove it but i dont have that facility and then observe vjwada rainfall tonight or tomorrow,hey it will rain may be till 2morrow and after that again soaring heat and definitely vjwada will touch around 35 guarantee after the rain stops.this city is locked by broken eastern ghats and krishna river and thats why its very hot and 10 times hotter than chennai

  14. the clous seems to have stoppped movin…though its purplish overhead after a small heavy spelll its only drizzling now ๐Ÿ˜ฆ ….dunno if the storm even reached tbm….its clear to the east ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

  15. Yest i was tellin that 19cm rain in Ambala in 9hrs from 8:30am to 5:30pm, but was doubtful it was the previous day’s rain put up by mistake.. but lookin at today’s report, 9hr rainfall data was correct!!
